Happy Saturday! It’s finally feeling like Spring here (for now), and we’ve got big plans to clean up our yard and make our outdoor space more useable this weekend – with a little T-ball thrown in, of course. Good times. What are your plans for the weekend?

You know I’m a big Laura Tremaine fan, and I’m super proud of her new Smartest Person in the Room podcast series, Bias: A Black and White Conversation Between Friends. The first episode came out this week, and it’s already got me thinking and learning. (P.S. Did you know Laura’s blogging again too!?!)

I also loved Dax Shepherd’s conversation with Katie Couric this week. He asked her some great questions, and who doesn’t love Katie Couric?

“Need More Space? Deciding to Fix Up or Trade Up” (New York Times) – This is totally the stage of life we’re in, so I really enjoyed the discussion.

I watched this documentary on Netflix recently and found it really interesting and well made.

I had no idea about this, but now I’m counting down the days! (I’ve only read 25/100 of the books on the list.)

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and there are tons of creative gift ideas here! (PSA: Don’t forget the high school teachers!)

I tend to hate all the “graphic” swim suits out there for elementary age boys (WHY is that the worst age to dress for?), so I was excited to find these sweet and simple trunks from Primary (for only $18)… Now, to decide on a color.

Full book post coming soon, but I finished Educated (on Audible) and Only Child this week, and they both were SO good.

Everything at Loft is 40% right now, and they’ve got some GOOD stuff. I like this, this, and this A LOT. (Actually, I like about 249 things.)

I need to buy this for my sister!

I have these sunglasses in my Nordstrom cart right now, but I’m trying to decide if they are *too* big. What do you think?
